"Hi, I am so stoked to give my Review! I have been with All State for about 7 to 8 years I lost count (LOL) Long story short I was told my insurance would not exceed over a certain amount well never less I was told incorrect information. I decided to shop around but before I did, I got on my knees and cried out to my heavenly father. (Jesus) to find a good insurance. I called State Farm on 52nd Keystone, no one answered so I started scrolling. I was led to Elizabeth Marshall -State Farm I called assuming I was going to talk with Elizabeth and a gentleman answered so I explained why I called, and he sent me over to Taylor he answered the phone with great enthusiasm. I was like yes Amen!! I love talking to happy people I shared my concerns Taylor, made me feel so at ease we may have been on the phone for 45 minutes to an hour. Taylor answered all my questions I didn't feeI rushed I kept saying I am sorry. I have another question he "said go for it. I explained how I felt about insurance it's like Taxes I do not get it (LOL) however, Taylor broke the insurance down like a WWE fight Bam!! take that Bam!! you want more (LOL) I learned my ABC's and 123's I was writing everything he said down(lol) go Business class yes it paid off. I shared I am single I need to feel Safe!! driving on the road. Taylor assured me I was making a great move with State Farm and how they are to help me. if I had other questions, I could call anytime he explained the store hours yes state farm is open on Saturday. Taylor shared with me what I had and what I did not have with All State he gave me such Grace after our long call I said I want to join your team. I told Taylor some personal information about me I really do not share my business however he made me feel like family, I shared my imitate issues with fighting a horrible disease and yes, I look good and feel great (LOl) IF you are searching for a Great Insurance call and ask for Taylor he explained to me about the 401k assistance he told me about Life insurance and how everything I need is a one stop shop at his office he talked highly about his colleagues. All State gave me homework. My model is to please take care of the member. Do not leave homework for the member. Taylor left nothing behind I give him A+++++ across the Board. Taylor also shared his family values. I respect honesty it goes a long way. I had another question, I reached out to Tayor today he responded quickly my question was answered I told Mr. Taylor you are my Bestie he said Renay I got your back I mean people of Indianapolis, IN what more do your need. "Taylor at State Farm was great. While buying my first home, I just went with a company because I was overwhelmed with the options and decisions I had to make. 2 years later I met Taylor. He looked over my current coverage, quoted me at a lower price for the same coverage I was paying for. He also went through the coverage to better explain what it was that I was paying for. When switching home insurance companies, he walked me through the steps. I know if something happens and I have to submit a claim, I can give him a call and he will make the process easy."

"Absolutely incredible service. We have used State Farm for 15+ years, and it truly does feel like our agents care about us. I have to give a MAJOR shoutout to Jasmin - we had a coverage issue that came up randomly and Jasmin worked tirelessly to get it resolved. I can’t describe how safe we felt in her hands- it was like having a big sister go to bat for us. She sent us updates at every step, and it honestly felt like she personally cared and wasn’t going to put up with bureaucracy. This issue took a couple months to resolve, and more than one of her emails made me giggle because she was so fiercely on our side. We love Jasmin. "The folks that work here at this office are simply amazing! They are polite, courteous, quick to answer and respond, and down right lovely people. I have had an amazing experience with them—so much so that I had to tell you all this is the place to house your insurance policies! They are all over it....and when I needed them, they were open on Saturday too when nobody else was. They solved my issue right then and there over the phone. But I just called again and they were already working on what I was calling about and I hadn't even told them of the issue yet...and what they were working on was getting money off my bill to reflect the proper discounts that I had coming to me.
